• January 31 1999 – Tom Woods (Age 26) and Heather (age 15) meet
  • According to Heather’s sister Tracy, Tom and Heather start a relationship quickly after meeting in an AOL chat room.
  • Tom Woods confirms that Tracy is Heather’s sister.
  • Tom lied to Heather’s parents about tutoring her.
  • Heather’s cousin confirms that Tom and Heather started a relationship when Heather was 15
• July 23 1999 – Tom Woods (Age 26) comes to Oklahoma to meet Heather (age 16)
• 2001 – Heather Moves to New York
• November 17 2001 – Tom Woods (29) and Heather (age 18) become engaged

• 2016 – Heather divorces Tom stating “It needed to happen for the safety of everyone involved” stating in the comments that she was receiving death threats from Tom Wood’s supporters
• January 16 2021 – Heather responds to a post in a way that shows she was the victim of grooming
• April 4 2002 – Tom Woods tweets “Her mom worked for my magazine, so I knew the family… As the eldest of 13, she was extremely mature (not one person contradicts this). We dated in ’02.” Tom later corrects this statement: “Sorry, ’01. You’re right. Married in ’02. I am guilty of marrying a young wife who, as the second mom in charge of many kids, was extremely mature“
• April 6 2022 – Tom Woods says “All traditional Catholics marry young”
• April 11 2022 – Dave Smith says “not one bit of evidence has been presented to suggest that anything inappropriate happened“
• April 12 2022 – Mises Caucus starts purging anyone who call Tom Woods a groomer

• June 24 1994 – Tom Woods is a founding member of the “League of the South” (formerly “Southern League”). (evidence #2) (evidence #3) (evidence #4)
  • 1994 – Tom Woods was a member of the LoS Membership committee.
  • Jan/Feb 1995 – Tom Woods wrote for LoS “hard-core northern conservatives have admired Southern society for remaining socially and theologically sound long after John Winthrop’s ‘city on a hill’ had descended into a nightmare of Christian heresies and secular crusading.”
  • Sept/Oct 1995 – Tom Woods wrote for LoS “Any civilized man must recognize in the abolitionists not noble crusaders whose one flaw was a tendency toward extremism, but utterly reprehensible agitators who put metaphysicalabstractions ahead of prudence, charity, and rationality.”
  • June 1996 – Tom Woods spoke at the LoS National Conference (Eyewitness testimony: “All must give way before the individual’s unchecked whim. All social standards, all taboos, all must be swept aside, of course without the slightest thought of how easy it is to cast aside the behavioral norms that make civilization possible, but infinitely more difficult to restore them once the social order lay in shreds”)
  • 1998 – Tom Woods Spoke at the LoS National Conference “The South v. the Spirit of the Age”
  • 2000 – LoS “seeks to protect the historic Anglo-Celtic core culture of the South because the Scots, Irish, Welsh, and English have given Dixie its unique institutions and civilisation”
  • 2000 – LoS Newsletter mentions that Tom Woods will begin to write for “FreeMississippi.org”, whose front page states: “The campaign of ethnic cleansing against Mississippi and the entire South has increased at a disturbing and rapid pace since the inauguration of Governor Ronnie Musgrove“
  • November 2002 – Tom woods writes an article for LoS
  • 2005 – “Proud” member of LoS praises Tom Wood’s book 
  • 2008 – Tom Woods claims “I am in fact not a member of the League of the South, though I did attend a meeting in 1994 when a decentralist organization was said to be forming. I was 21 at that time.”
  • 2018 – LoS is a member of the “Nationalist Front”, an umbrella organization of neo-Nazis, traditional white supremacists, and some racist skinheads.
  • Currently – LoS calls itself a “Pro-white” “Southern nationalist” organization
• 1997 – Tom Woods writes that the South was “Christendom’s Last Stand.” and “The War Between the States… was for the South a struggle against an atheistic individualism and an unrelenting rationalism in politics and religion, in favor of a Christian understanding of authority, social order and theology itself. ”  
• August 30 2003 – Tom Woods speaks at the Southern Historical Conference & Bonnie Blue Ball whose “goal is to offer the Truth about our Southern History” and the “truth” about slavery.
• September 2003 – Tom Woods writes that the integration of the races led to “allegedly desirable social outcome“, and that desegregation was “social engineering”
